Business card QR code best practices
- Keep the QR code at least 18-20 mm wide on a printed business card, then test it from arm’s length before sending files to print.
- Use high contrast and leave a clear quiet zone so foil, lamination, rounded corners, or dark card stock do not reduce scan reliability.
- Include the essentials first: full name, role, company, mobile or office phone, email, website, and a short address if it helps follow-up.
