Turn websites, menus, booking pages, forms, PDFs, campaign links, support articles, and resource hubs into downloadable static URL QR codes for print and digital use.
A static URL QR code stores the destination URL directly in the QR pattern. After download, the file does not depend on a QR Code Crafter account, subscription state, scan limit, or mandatory third-party redirect service. If the destination may change later, point the QR code at your own short URL, stable landing page, or CDN redirect.
If you need campaign attribution, add UTM parameters (Source, Medium, Campaign, Content, Term) to the URL before generating the QR code. Your existing analytics stack can then separate poster, store, packaging, email, social, event, and document traffic without forcing every scan through a vendor dashboard.
Before publishing, confirm that the destination uses HTTPS, opens cleanly on mobile, uses a recognizable domain, loads quickly, and matches the promise printed beside the QR code. The destination page should have a clear H1, useful original copy, a visible next step, and privacy information that matches the analytics in use.
Choose the export format for the channel. Use SVG, PDF, or EPS for print and design handoff; use PNG, WebP, or SVG for websites, documents, and quick sharing. Use QR code file formats and QR print preflight checklists, then record the destination URL, owner, placement, export format, test devices, and review date.
