Generate and verify a production QR file

Create one final asset, review its payload and production settings, decode the generated file, and compare payload hashes in a single workflow.

The payload is sent only to the QR generation function for this request. The receipt contains hashes and warning codes, not the decoded payload, and the service does not retain the request.

Verification receipt

This workflow uses one software decoder and rendering pipeline. It is not print, device, ISO, accessibility, malware, or security certification.

Test these fixtures in your browser

Run the same 21 published files through your browser’s native QR detector and compare exact payload hashes.

The check runs only after you start it. Files stay on this site, no decoded payload is stored, and results leave your browser only if you download the receipt.

How to read these results

How to read these results

An exact decode means this repository decoder recovered the fixture payload byte-for-byte. Compare clean baselines with stressed variants, and do not generalize one software result to every scanner.

How to reproduce a result

Download the release or reproducer, together with its SHA-256 manifest, then run the documented local workflow. Report any mismatch with the release ID, fixture ID, decoder, browser, and device.

Before production use

Test the exported file and its final physical or digital placement on representative real devices. Quiet zone, contrast, size, surface, compression, and lighting can change scan behavior.

Limitations

A software fixture result is not a device, printer, ISO, or security certification. Test the final placement on real devices.
