Choose the QR destination based on the action the customer should take after scanning.
Payment links and portals
Point to a trusted payment provider, checkout link, customer portal, or invoice payment page when the provider handles payment status and receipts.
Bank-transfer QR codes
Use SEPA, UPI, PIX, or other supported payment payloads only when the recipient details are verified and the customer can confirm them before sending money.
PDF and document invoices
Use a QR code for hosted invoices, statements, purchase orders, receipts, manuals, or proof-of-work files that are too long for printed paper.
Support and dispute handling
Link to an order status page, support form, return instructions, or payment help page when customers need context before paying.
Invoice QR security and proofing
